Had been working in Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited as an Engineering Management Trainee since April 2012 to June 2012. My major responsibilities were:i. Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of PLC based machineries.ii. Supervising, Monitoring of Daily Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance of HVAC System, Water Treatment Plant and Power Plant.iii. Installation & commissioning of process & utility machineries (Diesel Generators, Boilers, Substation, Transmission lines, Air Compressors.)iv. Supervise & guide the operators, fitters & helpers.v. I have been working as Product Design, Research and Development Officer in Grameen Distribution Ltd, a sister concern of Grameen Bank Ltd, founded by Dr. Muhammad Yunus, a Nobel laureate, from December 2011 till date. My key responsibilities here are: i. To design and develop different semiconductor based products like LED bulbs, solar panels, etc. ii. To maintain the quality of CFL bulbs and different basic and multimedia mobile handsets. iii. To liaison with the foreign manufacturers for ensuring product quality. iv. To supervise local production procedures of new products. v. To maintain engineering management. vi. To share new business plan with the superiors. vii. To look after factory production and market feasibility. viii. To ensure electrical safety of new products.
