• Review of tender documents, drawings, scope of work, and specifications.• Updating the tender submission log sheet with submission dates and related details.• Preparing ‘RFI- request for information’ for missing tender documents.• Preparing detailed quantity take off from tender drawings.• Review designed and actual loads and sizes to make sure they fulfill the requirement.• Follow-up of submitted quotations with main contractor/consultant/clients.• Attend tender meeting with client/consultant/main contractor for projects.• Draft and design tender drawings if they are not completely designed (concept drawings).• Preparation of Enquiry/RFQ (Drawings, BOQ, Specifications, vendor details) to send to suppliers/sub-contractors• Evaluation of suppliers/subcontractors quotation in both technical and commercial aspect and also meeting them if more clarifications needed.• Preparation of cost for the project including material, labour, sundries items, overhead, profit in consultation with projects manager.• Proposing cost saving proposals/value engineering along with supporting documents to the clients.• Preparation of technical proposal (offer letter) including commercial terms, inclusions and exclusions etc. For tender submission.

• Supervising the installation of HVAC, Plumbing, FF. Final fix • Planning of day to day activities at site as per project programme.• Handling of manpower and job allocations to respective individuals.• Preparing material requirement list from shop drawings& placing orders through procurement department.• Following up with procurement department about material delivery.• Making sure of material availability at site for at least a month upfront.• Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager. • Highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress on site.• Maintaining update log using MS-Excel for completion of site work.• Taking sub-contractors for site visit, conveying the way and nature of work to them.• Inspecting the completed rooms, making sure the work has been completed in a proper way and also see that quality has been taken care of.• Submitting inspection checklist to raise consultant inspection after ensuring that the work is done as per the Approved Specifications, Drawings and Method of statements.• Co-ordination with Main-Contractor for smooth site execution.• Observed and learnt about different MEP services (plumbing, electrical, firefighting), while at site.
