 Worked as Lead Project Electrical Engineer/Inspector supervising all Subcontractor works from Construction Phase till finalization commissioning stage of Project. Worked and supervised all commissioning activities of 200 MW Power Plant DEWA Dubai PV Plant and substation. Responsible for Identification of local resources, materials and services.  Ensured correct implementation of electrical, civil and mechanical construction drawings by the main Subcontractor. Supervised subcontractors schedule and works Report to the Project Manager any deviations from the scope of the subcontractors. Quantity and quality receipt of on-site materials from main equipment and local suppliers. Managed construction flow and timetable. Provide technical support and guidance, solving on site problems. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and documentation for internal use and Client requirements. Ensured compliance with QH&SE procedures. Management of site finishing works and demobilisation including of closure of snag list.  Site visits, inspection and construction monitoring of Solar PV plant. Coordination with Procurement department for the cost efficient solutions and implementation of work execution during construction phase of Solar Power Plant. Coordination with Engineering department with incorporation of all on site drawings changes/red mark up for update of As-Built drawings. Ensure all Construction activities to be finalized as per Project Plan and milestone.

• Designing, installation and Maintenance of Solar Electrification and solar water pumping units.• Supervising & managing multiple Solar Projects from initial contract review stage to final handover stage through managing design, permitting, construction and commissioning teams.• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance to the team both on-site and remotely.• Project management, review, evaluation, and reporting; facilitate project team communication through regular meetings. Overseeing all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site and self-reliantly handle customer during execution of a service job.• Follow up regularly with the customer requirement and enquiries about Solar Inverters, pumps and all other related accessories like cabling, protection, switchgear, Panel enclosures, control, and instrumentation etc.• Regular reporting (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) of work done in a timely manner and follow up if required. Prepared and finalized all documents and reports.• Coordination between different departments, resource planning, scheduling and regular follow up with the shipment arriving from the factory on timely manner and execution from warehouse to the respective customer site.• Provided technical information as per the customer need and follow up get the feedback to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. Closely in contact with key customers, provide support to the sales team for identifying any new sales opportunities.• Managed all service orders in timely manner from quotation to invoicing /cash collection.• Understanding of different software tools for web enquiry follow-up• Preparation of technical/financial proposals.• Conducting feasibility studies of tube-wells, schools, hospitals for the design of cost-effective solar systems.• Preparing and developing weekly, monthly & annual preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and service department.
