A material engineering graduate with a postgraduate degree in sustainable energy systems exploring a progressing career in sustainability and innovation. Conscientious team member, effective communicator, and critical thinker knowledgeable in digital innovation, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainability planning & reporting, green buildings, and carbon emission calculations. Prior experience in digital services and administration, engineering research, material development & resourcing, healthcare management and oil & gas exploration equipment.I have worked in a variety of domains including material science research, operations, primary healthcare and digital administration and management experiencing diverse technical, industrial and managerial environment. These experiences have allowed me to gain personal and professional skills such as effect staff management, technical and scientific report writing, task prioritisation, risk assessment and planning, training needs assessment, health and safety training, project site supervision, business process reengineering, process optimization and effective communication skills.The past 2 years working in London have significantly allowed my skillset acquiring key skills required for this position. The position requires project management skills which I have been able to hone during my role as a central team manager in digital healthcare. This is a fairly novel concept in digital healthcare where the company has implemented a centralised hub to foresee an expanding network of healthcare practices on a local and national scale. I am currently overseeing a workforce of more than 50 members ensuring adequate induction, training and safety requirements of the team and the hub. Furthermore, I am also overseeing the introduction of new and innovative processes and protocols devised with a novel project such as this. Design approvals, procurement of staff and resources along with project scheduling requirements have allowed me to gain skills that can prove valuable within this UKPN role. During this project, I have also gained experience in adhering to regulatory, statutory and company standards, SOP composition, management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders and conflict management which could be transferred to the new role.
