1.Support sites in HSE compliance matters related to communication with Project Team.2.Ensures that the site HSE plan (including the Risk List with identified residual risks) that have been defined in an earlier stage in the site are available and are up to date as soon as the site is established.3.Support the implementation & monitoring of suitable HSE objectives / KPIs set for project site.4.Pro-actively encourages the site team to do site inspection tours.5.Initiate and encourage HSE communication between all hierarchy levels.6.Reports site HSE statistics to Project HSE Manager.7.Ensure that Risk Assessment / Method statement process is followed for all work.8.Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained on site.9.Verification of close out actions from previous inspections.10.Maintain 3rd party Certificate, optimize instruments, ensure PPE supply & Inspect materials.11.Conducts full site inspections and participates in compliance audits.12.Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
