Over 25 years of experience in IT industry with specialization in Computer Networking infrastructure, Cyber Security, Server Administration (Windows and Linux) and Cloud System. An ex Air Force Officer from Bangladesh Air Force (retired as a Squadron Leader), migrated to Canada as a skilled immigrant. During service (over 20 years) in Air Force, I was primarily engaged as IT instructor in different IT training settings. Obtained a good number of IT certifications on Cyber Security, Computer networking and Cloud System such as Security+, CCNA, CC from (ISC)2, Cloud Solution Architect (AWS) and Ethical Hacking. Highly experienced in curriculum development and online teaching. I obtained my graduation in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 1990 followed by an MBA. In addition, did few post graduations in Information Technology & Project management. Achieved the ‘Student Choice Award-2023’ from Georgian@ILAC due to excellent performance in teaching & strong commitment to the students. Also achieved 'Instructor of the Year-2022' reward for dedicated outstanding performance while teaching Cyber Security & Computer Network Engineering at Computek College of Technology, Toronto. Senior Instructor (Cyber Security & Network Engineering) at Computek College of Technology, Toronto, ONAs an instructor, my jobs include but not limited to are:• Conduct classes in Network Engineering & Cyber Security Program• Prepare Course Materials and develop Curriculum for different modules• Monitor and maintain Academic Progress of the students• Develop, revise and adapt appropriate learning resources for students• Use academic technology effectively to enhance and support learningMy day-to-day activities are to impart training on different topics such as CompTia A+, OS (Windows and Linux), VMware, Network Plus, Security Plus, Windows 2022/2019/2016/2012 and Linux Server Administration, CCNA, CCNP, CCNA (Security), Cloud System (AWS), CISSP, and Ethical Hacking. Extensive lab activities on all relevant topics are also included in my training activities.Apart from imparting lessons on different topics as per the curriculum, I always take extra initiate to educate my students to achieve their industry IT certifications. I do impart training during extra class hours on different IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, Security+, AWS Cloud System and Ethical Hacking. More than 98% students are passing their certification exams during their first attempt.
