As a Simulation Engineer at SOCO Engineers Gmbh, I leverage my extensive knowledge in CAE, Automation to deliver cutting-edge solutions for leading OEMs like BMW. I have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from COMSATS University Islamabad, where I acquired a solid foundation in Finite Element Analysis FEA, Mechanics of Materials, Statics, Numerical Methods and Dynamics. Some of my recent achievements include: - Developing a post processing tool for NVH and Durability Simulations that extracts required results in Animator database saving time/resources to copy back all results from HPC - Automating Post processing workflow for LSDyna Tuer ZB-Simulations using META and Python. I am proficient in various programming languages, debugging tools, IDEs, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines, enabling me to deliver high-quality software products in a timely and efficient manner.I am deeply familiar with the material testing protocols and familiar with developing crash and safety simulations with LsDyna, Pamcrash, OptiStruct or Abaqus according to the current rules and regulations like Euro NCAP, US NCAP, FMVSS. I am comfortable in using pre-processing tools like ANSA/HYPERMESH to create and debug the full vehicle model and using Animator, META, HYPERWORKS, PARAVIEW to Post Process simulation results. Moreover, I am also well wersed in python and deeply familiar with the Python scripting and APIs of all the above mentioend pre/post processors.I am passionate about applying best practices and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to the success of the organization.
