● Take the role as HSE Field Representative of our company on the project Rig site on which we provide our Drilling services implementing safety compliance along with our Client and Business Partners.● Conduct Pre-Tour Safety Meetings, PJSM, and other related HSE meetings with all Rig Personnel and Business Partners giving them advised on any HSE hazards and the necessary controls and contingency arrangements associated with the work activities are in place.● Ensure that adequate safety provisions required by the relevant authorities are met.● Facilitate Emergency Drills and conduct post evaluation to further improve personnel response.● Promptly responding to all observations and reports received from crew regarding non-compliance, unsafe conditions and activities, accidents and near misses.● Taking prompt corrective action on observed non-compliance and substandard industrial practice with respect to HSE aspects.● Participating in the follow-up and close-out of corrective actions that arise from SPOT observations during operational activities.● Ensure that all new employees and visitors receive orientation tailored for their involvement in the rig operation and that this orientation is recorded in the employee's HSE file.● Preparing Rig site Daily HSE Report providing observation data from all Rig personnel thru SPOT Card submission.

● Take the role of development, oversight, and coordination of operational Safety Programs for this specific Contract. Submitting Safety Manual, HIP and other Safety related reports to our proponent. Handling more than 300 of our current supplied and overhead employees on both SACR and NAWR.● Conduct Monthly Audit for the Safety Program to ensure it was effectively implemented on this contract Kingdom-wide.● Conduct Incident Investigation and determining causal factors using root cause analysis.● Manage Safety Orientation and other Safety Related Training as needed by our supplied personnel.● Monitor compliance of Aramco Vehicle Safety Program for all our vehicle users who are driving inside Aramco Facility.● Represent the company when there is an on-going CS Aramco Audit and Inspection, assisting the auditors and direct Camp Management personnel in the preparation of Audit.● Conduct pre-occupancy inspection for the Accommodations that our supplied personnel will be using. Submitting non-conformance findings and recommendations to our management for rectification.● Manage Scattered Camp Accommodation Safety issues located Kingdom-wide and give recommendations. Monitoring these issues for follow-up while reporting it to our proponent.● Attend coordination meeting with Aramco Contract Proponent to give them status update regarding the Contract Safety Requirement especially Camp Accommodation approval.● Manage record of the Company’s Safety Management System.

● Report directly to the Aramco Camp Administration regarding any Safety issues, concern and non-conformity regarding GI 298.010.● Coordinate and update all SMP related tasks such as QSI Report, LPD Findings Closure, KPI, Drills, Site Inspection, and Site Safety Management.● Inspect the field maintenance work of the Contractor regarding their compliance with the safety requirements prior to the approval of their work permit.● Inspect facility firefighting equipment for its conformance and coordinate with SAP processor to update it to the Aramco System.

● Ensuring all activities, within the assigned area of responsibility, whether executed by Company personnel or subcontractor personnel, are carried out with full regard to HSE Company’s policy and procedures.● Ensure work methodology complies with company HSE plan and client HSE Program requirements.● Ensuring all permitting requirements relating to HSE complies before the commencement of construction and commissioning activities. Review contractor's HSE procedures and ensures that is sufficient and implemented during construction.● Conduct Tool Box meetings, HSE meetings, Construction meetings and take adequate measures to meet the HSE compliance of the contractor to ensure all personnel is advised of any HSE hazards and that the necessary controls and contingency arrangements associated with the work activities are in place.● Ensure that there is an adequate provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, and incident reporting to the relevant authorities. Also Maintaining a record of incident reports (and near misses) and if warranted them have analyzed by Safety Committee. Reviewing and developing suitable risk assessment and emergency response plan for commissioning and operations.● Promptly responding to all reports received from any employee of non-compliance, unsafe conditions and activities, accidents and near misses.● Participating in the follow-up and close-out of corrective actions that arise from safety observations and walkthrough during operational activities.● Conduct site inspections/audits, to identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, make reports based on observations.● Review contractor's HSE plan, monitor and ensure implementation of the approved HSE plan.● Ensure that all new employees and visitors receive orientation tailored for their involvement in the operation and that this orientation is recorded in the employee's HSE file.

● Plans, organizes and directs the activities of this unit. Monitors and expedites delivery of needed logistics (material, manpower, and equipment) while ensuring compliance in the company’s safety requirements. ● Evaluates and monitors the implementation of regular preventive and corrective maintenance of tools and equipment and conducts journey management meetings prior to mobilization.● Ensures that all tools and equipment have passed the safety standard requirements of the company. ● Ensures that all operators/drivers had undergone and passed all required training and requirements of the company to ensure they are all competent to safely execute their tasks.● Accomplishes performance evaluation of subordinates on a regular basis. Implements safety awareness and safety programs to all subordinates.● Conducts safety inspection in his area of responsibility

● Conduct regular inspection buildings, facilities, work areas, tools and equipment of the company; observes work methods and procedures of workers to determine unsafe working conditions and practices.● Investigates accidents by spot inspection and interrogation of parties and/or witnesses involved to determine cause and prevent recurrence of same.● Prepares reports based on inspection, observation and investigation; recommending measures and methods of eliminating unsafe working conditions and procedures.● Conducts periodic safety seminars and training through field demonstrations and/or lectures on safety practices, accident prevention measures and defensive driving techniques.● Administers different tests to applicant drivers and company employees seeking authority to drive and operate company vehicles to determine driving proficiency. Orient newly hired employees on safety practices.● Attends and/or participates on regular safety meetings within and outside the company.● Participates on research studies on matters involving safety and recommends measures and procedures to prevent or eliminate unsafe working conditions and procedures.● Monitors proper housekeeping and cleaning of the work area including furniture, tools and equipment, vehicles, supplies, etc.● Enforce company site safety rules and regulations inside the work-site.

● Troubleshot production/quality issues during the edge coating process of production wafers.● Perform SMT equipment and process evaluations for production. ● Lead the 8D Team for reducing the Cosmetic Yield Loss.● Managed various production process/product improvement proposals by conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective action and evaluating design plans.● Conducted job sites safety and environmental audits which included the completion of documentation of compliance and corrective actions taken while being a member of safety team.● Ensure the compliance to statutory obligation and ensure safe work environment.● Participate in improvement programs like SPC, TPM and 5S.

● Take the lead role in reviewing and supervising the standard design interface for the test socket that will be used in Final Test Manufacturing based on the specs of our POD (Product Outline Drawing).● Conducts preliminary studies on the development and innovation of new hardware that will be used in Final Test Manufacturing. Coordinates pre-trial meeting prior to actual Hardware qualification trial and identifies team members/participants.● Coordinates/Initiate with other departments, suppliers and affiliates on plans and requirements for hardware improvements, new product development projects and cost saving opportunities.● Prepare/Develop Test Socket specifications that will be used on the new product development projects.● Facilitate strategic partners' resources to assist in the Final Test Process.● Project coordinator for outside conversion projects of test socket products from the development to initial production stage for the following supplier such as Antares, Yokowo, Rika Denshi America and NHK.● Actively participates in attending any available training, orientation programs for new design interface, models, products and other technical training.● Perform inventory regarding socket (Contact module) parts and accessories.

● Conducts quality inspections on outgoing products.● Performs precise dimension on critical area of product design prior to its quality specification.● Inspect in-house inventory of engineering plastic materials.● Coordinate with the freight and other forwarder services for cost saving opportunities on our primary materials. ● Design and Fabricate Hardware facilities for molding equipment. ● Performs machine set-up in installing molding components.

● Inspect and Monitor Boiler, Cooling Towers, Water Chillers, Air Compressors and Water Reservoir status.● Record and monitor the hourly status of machines, starting from the pressure gauge of the boiler, water level of the feed water tank, temperature of the chillers, and the water level of the deep well. ● Assist in the actual trouble shooting of machines with the Boiler and Facility Engineers.● Fabricate parts of equipment that will be used on the production using machine shop facility such as: Lathe machine, shaper machine, boring machine and welding machine.
