With over 37 years of experience in high-voltage engineering, I bring a wealth of expertise in testing, maintaining, and optimizing critical power infrastructure. My career spans power grid system operations, fault troubleshooting, high-voltage testing, power system design, and strategic planning, making me adept at managing both the technical and managerial challenges of today’s power industry. I have a comprehensive background in high-voltage testing and maintenance, ensuring that transformers, power panels, and insulators meet rigorous IEC standards for safety, reliability, and performance.Throughout my career, I have taken on extensive responsibilities in the operation and maintenance of Extra High Voltage (EHV) grid systems, overseeing troubleshooting and emergent fault rectification to maintain stability and minimize downtime. My role has also encompassed end-to-end procurement and contract management for mega power projects, guiding processes from tendering to contract award and project completion to align with organizational objectives.In addition, I have a strong foundation in power system planning and load forecasting, facilitating the development and approval of new projects (PC-1) to meet anticipated demand. My laboratory management skills include maintaining and upgrading EHV testing equipment, ensuring consistent quality assurance across all testing operations.I am committed to continuous learning and skill enhancement. Over the years, I have completed a variety of specialized trainings, including technical programs at Siemens, as well as training in transmission line and grid station maintenance. I have advanced my managerial capabilities through a series of junior, middle, and senior management courses, alongside a refresher course that expanded my technical proficiency.
