• Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels.• Manage and maximize the utilization of material for current operational plan through proper control and if any excess material, see the possibility of using them in future orders to reduce write OFF and bring down the material cost.• Coordinating regular stock checks and audits to ensure data accuracy.• Supervising and leading warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.• Ensuring timely and accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet customer expectations.• Organizing and optimizing warehouse layout to make the best use of available space.• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and transportation, to ensure smooth supply chain operations.• Generating warehouse performance reports, sales reports, order accuracy, and on-time deliveries, using Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and data management tools.• Maintaining ERP systems and architectures, such as SAP and Oracle, to ensure system accuracy and integrity.• Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion• Addressing any issues that arise during warehouse operations, such as delays, discrepancies, or shortages.
