*Working as a trainee in Electrical maintenance department in Agritech Ltd Iskanderabad Urea Manufacturing plant.*Responsible for overlooking safe operation, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.*Preventive and corrective Maintenance of UPS systems for uninterrupted continuation of power supply to Distributed control system.*Getting adept in reading power and control flow diagrams of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage switchgears(DOL starters and star Delta Starters) , UPS systems, PH&S section for ensuring timely fault detection and correction of fault.*Load management at feeder room power of house depending upon the requirement.*Supervised the project of synchronisation of gas generator with the existing synchronized system of Gas Turbine, gas generator and WAPDA grid.*Observing day to day corrective maintenance activities at electrical workshops for star delta and DOL starters, LV motors rewinding and bearing replacements. *Preparing monthly generation and consumption report of plant. *Maintaining inventory on ERP Oracle for electrical stores, spares and CAPEX required for day to day maintenance and planned corrective maintenance on Annual Turnaround and preparing annual budget required for plant maintenance. *Attending safety workshops to ensure safety for myself and my team.*Ensuring job safety by implementing Job Safety Analysis Technique by>Breaking down the job into the sequence of steps.>Identifying potential hazards.>Determining preventive measures to overcome these hazards.
