I am a licensed civil engineer. I passed the board exam last nov 2017. I had scholarships during my college years.I worked under Villar Group of Companies which is in the Real Estate Industry. My task involves Securing LGU and DHSUD Permits like Building Permit, Locational Clearance, Certificate of Occupancy, Development Permit, Certificate of Registration and License to Sell, and other permits necessary for Project Construction and Building Occupancy. I also Manage Condominium Energizations and other Meralco Transactions. My task also includes application of Condominium Certificate of titles and Tax Declarations. I also process transfer of titles. I am an all around employee since our job description was not really specific. I am very adaptable and I can work with minimum supervision.
