Duties & Responsibilities: Project management & monitoring of all type of construction works such as Soil test, Cast-in situ & Precast pile, Pile Cap & foundation, retaining wall and all types of construction & structural works as well as plumbing & electrical works. Checking & certify of Sub-contractor selection, construction materials choice, sub-contractor bill etc. Prepare effective work plan, executing and monitoring project work activities as per work Schedule.  Analyses direct and indirect cost resources required to execute various activities including working hour calculation.  Train up construction work team on Project’s safety, Cleanliness, Cost control, reduce the wastage of Materials, Manpower and Machines.  Make necessary arrangement to face RSC, ACCORD & different audits. Performing inspections on site to check that sub-contractors are following quality and safety standards at project.  Maintained detailed work schedules and hired additional worker as necessary. Implementing project management best practices and methodologies to improve project outcomes. Developing all project plans, which include timetables, resource allocation, and wage a breakdown structures. Proper coordination with related departments like procurement, account and consultants. Making corrective action reports for observation related to Civil/Electrical/Plumbing work and safety. Keeping the record of all reports, tests results and documents related to construction work.

Project Summary: Two Basement with 16th storied residential building foundation & structural work. 45,000 sft Steel Structural Industrial Building structural and finishing work.Duties & Responsibilities: Checking that all designs and drawings are prepared as per BNBC, ACI and other standard codes. Monitoring of all type of R.C.C & Steel structural work such as Bally pile, Foundation, Column Grade Beam and one storied Steel Shade work.  Preparing method statements for construction work. Managed all aspects of each assigned construction project. Schedule control, Cost control, and report the project work progress. Proper checking and verify materials requisition, Sub Contractor’s and Supplier’s bill as per field measurement.  Maintained detailed work schedules and hired additional worker as necessary. Ensure safety, Security and overall administration of project.  In a short time, I managed the construction of a steel structure building with a budget of $ 6.0 million.  Coordinate all type of Design & drawing with respective departments.  Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget.  To Prepare construction progress report and maintain project file then submit to management on time.
