- Ensuring & training retail staffs on the knowledge of golfing merchandises carried such as Callaway Golf, Ecco, Bushnell, Fourteen Golf etc.- Providing essential sales skis & techniques to enhance better customer sales experience.- leading the Callaway Performance Demo Team in organizing Performance Day locations for customers to trial the latest clubs before purchasing.- Educate customers during Road Shows on the specs & components of clubs & doing a fitting session with Track an to fit the right clubs into the customer's hands.- Closing sales on Road Shows while supporting local dealers at those location s with on-site sales.- Manage Callaway Golf Malaysia's Facebook page, with updated marketing images & videos uploaded for exposure, promotions, education every day.- Manage Golf Partner's Malaysia Facebook page, with promotional clubs on alternate days thru the week & directing customers inquiries to the relevant outlet's retail staffs.- Manage Team PG Malaysia's Facebook page, when images of new release seasonal apparels and handling inquiries d directing them to our sales rep to close the sale.- Manage Transview Golf Malaysia's Facebook page with relevant merchandises and directing inquiries to our sales rep.- Oversee all 3 outlet's fitting center, with the main focus at Kota Permai's Performance Laboratory for all fitting needs.- Successfully created PowerPoint training videos during MCO & uploaded into Transview's Facebook page for staff's education & knowledge & customer's exposure which generated over 3,900 views.- Successfully created Ecco Training videos on the latest models uploaded onto Transview Golf's Facebook page to support Transview's FB Live sales over Facebook which generated over 4,600 views.

- Ensuring the relationship between Purple League & it's sponsors maintain a mutual understanding & remunerations.- Ensuring a clear line of communication between Purple League and its badminton clubs competing in both the professional & junior level.- Seek out new potential sponsors & partnership from companies looking for brand exposure & utilize our badminton platform for their target market.- Updating current sponsors with a monthly report on how their funds are being utilized.- Work together with badminton clubs to execute our CSR programme by going to the club's local schools in their vicinity d organizing a badminton training session from the club's coaches with the kids.Achievements- Successfully organized a joint competition/charity event with Bandar Maharani Badminton Club benefitting 2 local orphanage homes with RM 2,000 each home & potential future training stint with the club.- Worked hand in hand with new title sponsor for junior league press conference & secured a 3 year RM 1,500,000 deal as title sponsors for our Purple League Junior event.

- Ensuring high level of customer experience by assisting customers in fitting the right clubs accordingly.- Managing outlet's performance KPI, i.e sales, merchandising inventory, value of 2nd hand club turnover- Evaluating golf clubs brought in by clients & reselling them with at least a 60% profit margin- Ensure all staffs under the Golf Partner brand is trained on their:*Product knowledge*Customer service steps*Sales refinement*Store operations*Visual Merchandising*Cash flow operations- Guiding new staffs on their roles & responsibilities in the company. - Managing POP appearance with the outlet. - Follow up customer service programme (seeking feedback from customers on previous purchases) - Execution of event road shows & special sales, promoting & showcasing company's products at golf fest & demo day roadshows.- Stock inventory management at warehouse level (ensuring inward & outward bound stock accuracy) - Trouble shoot operational issues for all outlets under the Golf Partner brand. Achievement- Initiated a social media presence for the brand via Facebook- Led a special task force in setting up 2 new outlets from end to end. Successfully created an independent store setup team that consists of various employees who have certain specialities that added value to the efficiency to the store setup. - Successfully on boarded 6 batches of new hires. - Conducted a total of 288 hours of training in the last 2 years. - Successfully setup a new outlet, where it's first 6 month's sales target were met at least 120% consistently.
