• Spearheaded cross-functional marquee national projects such as Abbott Young Scientist Award, Sony Creative Science Award, that required excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills; the former project in collaboration with Abbott Laboratories impacted up to 400 under-privileged students and their families• Successfully helmed international projects such as International Science Drama Competition by managing global stakeholders such as science museums or networks from 7 other countries to promote the messages of various UN International Years and Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDGs) via theatrical performances• Kickstarted and drove the community engagement plan for Science Centre Singapore through strategic planning after analysing emerging trends with multiple community stakeholders and partnering organisations, i.e. the 3Ps (Private, Public, People), and driving community advocacy with meaningful and creative programmes, such as the Science on Wheels Series in collaboration with ActiveSG to promote healthy lifestyle and green modes of transportation in Singapore• Lead various cross-departmental teams such as the Product Assessment team that worked on the research and development of products to be sold at the gift shop, the Environment and Sustainability Working Group which worked on the promoting sustainability practices in Science Centre Singapore, as well as the New Science Centre SOUK team that brainstormed on innovative ideas that can be implemented in the New Science Centre which were then pitched to the board members
