Key Responsibilities:- Leading weekly progress meetings with Geotechincal, Community, Interface, Environmental, Traffic and Project Managers for geotechnical investigation works;- Managing identification and protection of services;- Leading Permit to Excavate meetings;- Managing bulk excavation, including management of contaminated waste;- Managing and scheduling subcontractors and their respective activities during geotechnical drilling, FRP, piling, rock bolting and shotcrete works, blockworks, and all activities related to the C&C Structure;- Take-off, reviewing, coordinating, ordering of material such as reinforcement, concrete, accessories, etc;- Assisting the PE with the preparation works for installation of Super T Girders including, managing NCR’s, following-up RFI’s, reviewing drawings, temporary works and access;- Negotiating the acceptance of RFI's and NCR's with designers and Independent Certifier (IC);- Presenting daily progress and updates to reflect the changes against targets to Senior Engineers;- Preparing weekly reports; - Responsible for daily cost tracking;- Planning and Programming of upcoming works;- Attending pre-pour inspection with the IC;- Review design, resources and program to reduce cost and increase efficiency;- Review and approve subcontractors invoices, claims and variations;- Responsible for quality documentation and implementation of Quality Procedures.

Liaise with consultants to provide adequate detail on drawings through Request forInformation (RFI) process on Team Binder,- Plan/organize works with various subcontractors including but not limited to: builders, electricians, plumbers, concreters, etc.- Review and report on works through the Non-Compliance Reporting (NCR) process on Team Binder,- Interpret programs to ensure that permits were in place as required – permits included electrical permits for working near electrical assets, excavation permits, out of hours works permits, hot works permits, plant checklist, Level 5 (0268);- Assess variations from subcontractors for additional/out of scope works and present using spreadsheets,- Complete look ahead programs to assist with the finalisation of commissioning dates and construction sequencing;- Complete programs in MS Project for possession and assist planners to gather all information for reports;- Develop ITP’s and Checklists and ensure works are carried out in accordance of the ITP’s and Checklists. Ensure documentation is available when requested;- Manage defect list with subcontractors aligning works and schedule of resource for completion;- Organise and schedule resources for the site;
