Research to increase and improve the projects, products and services designed within the Built Environment Innovation and Sustainability Park (PISAC). Organizes and supports events involving the construction chain. It acts in the quality control of engineering projects and prototype architecture developed within PISAC.Project: PISAC - Project under development and construction conceived in four buildings on stilts and a prototype square. It is a reference centre in sustainable technologies that works in a network as a catalyst of consolidated technical capacities in the country and internationally, aiming at research and development focused on the built environment.

I work as a consultant on the construction site to improve staff productivity and organize the inventory of materials with esperiencia in wiring and piping teams.

I represent the company on the construction site, help subcontractors interpret the job's designs, ensure the job is constructed according to the project plans, and assist project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning. I ensure that there are effective communications between engineering, technical, construction teams. I am responsible for quality control both in terms of materials used and the work being undertaken. I also ensure that the company policies concerning health and safety are being adhered to onsite and am responsible for the maintenance the building services of the site office.CUIABA BRASIL BEACH:The project is a pioneer in Brazil. Crystal Lagoons have lakes around the world and this is their first project in Brazil. It’s a 25000m2 lake with a complex system to keep it clean and blue. It is surrounded by two buildings, twenty five storeys high, and is being prepared for two additional buildings in a second stage of construction and houses in the third stage of construction.

I had the opportunity to learn about sustainability in the UK context, the company itself and also attend presentations about new technologies in Europe and the conceptions of new construction projects. It increased my interest in sustainable buildings and the BREEAM Schemes.The main activities involved non-Official translations of Brazilian documents, such as the new construction standards 15.575 adopted in the early of 2014 and the Brazilian sustainable scheme “CAIXA Blue Seal”.

Spazio Cristalli is a condominium of buildings designed to the Brazilian social housing construction standard MINHA CASA MINHA VIDA (MY HOUSE, MY LIFE). This internship gave me the opportunity to understand the main problems of building projects and methods to solve them. This was because I arrived when the work began on site and I left with 86% of the project complete, allowing me to watch every phase of the construction. I gained the highest score upon the evaluation of my internship tutor.I undertook the first Electrical Engineer Internship of the company in my city and held the responsibility of listing all the electrical materials required for the shell and core of the apartments and the whole condominium in general. I also wrote a check list of the services undertaken by third party contractors and as well as our inhouse experts, guaranteeing the quality of the work done. Due to an effort of the whole team, our condominium was the only one between four other constructions with no, or little, remediation work required. I also worked on the documents required for the supply of energy to the condominium.
