- Work together to Product Engineer during design phase giving inputs to have the best design to assembly and test;- Work to define shop floor's assembly and test layout applying Lean principles according to next year's demand;- Release Assembly and Test procedures, according to process, allowing the operators to perform this activity with safety and quality;- Revise assembly and test procedures written for others engineers;- Design, calculate and release the necessary documentation for new devices and tools to be used in shop floor during the equipment's A&T;- Follow the first article assembly and test to evaluate improvements in equipment's design and released procedures;- Analyze the company equipment's design requirements and prepare Assembly procedures, allowing the operators to execute this activity with safety and quality;- Revise test procedures and adequate it to Assembly and Test process, assuring the equipment's best flow in the shop floor;- Follow the assembly of heavy equipment and testing with high pressure;- Assure the possibility of assembling and testing the equipment in Christmas tree (XT), Well Control & Manifolds (WCM) product line of company;- Design devices and workshop tools to assure safety and quality during assembly and test with CAD software (solidworks, NX, Inventor, etc)..- Elaboration of manufacturing scripts on SAP, - Lean, PFMEA, TOC (Theory of constraints), Root cause analysis tools, Process mapping, investment analysis.
