The NCE is a subject matter expert who delivers the technologies, solutions and services that customers need to expertly manage their networks. In this role, we are Cisco s face to the customer, working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments. The NCE position is responsible for the development, creation and delivery of Advanced Services and other focused technical support to Cisco s major accounts in the EMEAR Theater. Performs and drives architectural, design and integration engineering for complex network infrastructure solutions. NCEs work with customer to document their business requirements and map them to technical solutions, and help them to design and deploy these solutions. The Team The team consists of Solution Architects (SA) and Subject Matter Experts (SME) from multiple IT domains. The delivery teams work together to provide an outcome based solution. Role & Responsibilities ●Leads workshops to steer customer’s business and customer requirement discussions. ●Generates project documentation including detailed test plan for highly complex networks. ● Generates network configurations from Low Level Design for highly complex networks ● Plans and executes highly complex Network Upgrade and Network Migration activity. ● Troubleshooting highly complex customer network problems across a broad range of technologies, Acts as a focal point for highly complex network problems
