Reporting to the Head of Retail Ibera, I was responsible for the management and achievement of targets in Spain. My main functions were managing the main chains of Reail, Channel and e-tailers in Spain and to manage the Key accounts and commercial team of the point of sale.Among my main functions:Preparing the business plan.Execute the planMake Analysis of the main KPI's Market analysis.Search for new business.Business development in ChannelManage the main accounts (El Corte Inglés, Media Markt, Infortisa, Desyman, etc...)Distributor management (GTI, Ingram, Esprinet, etc...)

The main functions were to manage the sale of products from different brands in national accounts. (El Corte Inglés, Pc City, Alcampo, Carrefour, Fnac, etc...).The main Brands that I managed (Microsoft, Belkin, Iomega, Tucano, Symantec, McAfee, Panda, Magix, Corel, Adobe, Sage, Conceptronic, etc....).The main functions (Management of additions and deletions, implementations, promotions, cross-selling and implementing the different strategies of the Brands in the accounts.

I star as a trainee in June 1999, In 2000 I was a junior commercial, visiting the shops of the main chains in Madrid, in 2001 to coordinate a team of 12 junior commercial throughout Spain (training, control, Goals etc...), in 2004 I was ascendid to Regional Key Account in the Madrid and Castilla León Area, managing the regional chains (Supermercados de Madrid, Hiper Usera, Ahorramas etc... )and the main hypermarket stores.
