As a mentee coordinator, my role is to provide administrative support and to ensure that mentees are receiving the support and guidance they need in the community. This involves communicating with mentees to ensure that the mentoring relationship is progressing smoothly, providing resources and training, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the program. Ultimately, my goal is to help mentees achieve their goals and develop their skills through the guidance and support of their mentors.

• Coordinated the recruitment of participants for focus group discussions according to established criteria. • Led and moderated focus group discussions in different areas of Lagos state. • Engaged with the key players in the project- street food vendors, street food consumers and vegetable suppliers to collect data through personal interviews, focus group discussions, phone interviews, questionnaires and observations. • Guided a team of project key players to brainstorm on win- win strategies for intervention • Transcribed minute’s recordings to text and compiled comprehensive reports for submission. • Prepared training curriculum and trained street food vendors for baseline and intervention projects respectively. Delivered training in English, Pidgin English and Igbo language. Liaised with a colleague to deliver trainings in native language of particular street food vendors. • Prepared agenda for enumerator and street food vendor’s training. • Coordinated the purchase of vegetables for street food vendors. • Measured, weighed and recorded purchased vegetables—observed and recorded cooking ingredients. • Supervised the data collection activities of fieldwork enumerators

Prepared agendas and took minutes during meetings. Reported directly to the zonal coordinator on matters relating to the zone.
