I oversee eight DUS lenders on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they are in line with Fannie Mae reporting/remitting practices. Production tasks include conducting wire disbursements, fulfilling payoff requests by reconciling conditional and common data inputs, researching wires to identify and match with general ledger accounts in our Cash Receipts/Disbursements Tracking system (CRTS), utilizing and executing controls to ensure production is in line with FM internal and SOX requirements, tracking delinquency/data change requests in excel, fulfilling external audit requests from DUS partners, track loan-level remittances using our Shortage/Surplus Tracking System (SUSHI), conducting Non-Cash Adjustments, and providing exceptional customer service through Fannie Mae's best-practices approach. Tested critical processes on 2+ applications, collaborating with product management to ensure a seamless transition of critical loan/interest rate information of 25,000+ records and large sums of data for successful deploymentPROJECTSShortage Surplus Tracking System (SUSHI): Internal application used by the masterservicing team that tracks differences between cash loan amounts processed. Given access to UAT environment to test the functionality of various versions of this new cash reconciliation application, directly providing feedback to the product’s development team.Payments Orchestration System (POS): Application that provides a platform to deliver payment tracking, fees, expenses, and escrow reporting to FNMA’s Multifamily business. Conducted testing in UATenvironment, writing 20+ scripts to report application functionality to the POS development team weekly to discuss the implementation of changes/improvements before end-to-end deployment.
