What we do is we position ourselves around the needs and situations of the marketplace within which we operate. Our marketplace is such that our job is to talk to executives, build relationships and advise insurance and risk knowledge. The process ideally culminates into us producing insurance & reinsurance demands for local as well as international insurance & reinsurance suppliers.

I found myself as one of the revivalist professionals to emerge on the board of Mongolian Insurance Brokers Association little over 4 months ago.Our aim is simple but ambitious. We have started the work and are going to make Mongolia Insurance Brokers Great place to make career, sell and advise insurance and we will make insurance brokers at the epicenter of the insurance market.

I manage corporate underwriting operations as well as outward reinsurance practice including both facultative and treaty.In corporate underwriting, I am involved in the all stages of the policy life cycle starting from corporate account acquisition, going through risk assessment, pricing, wording exercises, client relationship management, renewal and reinsurance placements where necessary.As far as the specialty is concerned, I handle both traditional heavyweights - property, commercial fleet, construction & engineering, cargo and casualty and non-traditional lines such as crime/financial institutions, D&O, PI, MedMal, Livestock, FAJS, Political Violence and Trade Credit etc.I author property surveys, conduct insurance market research and analysis regularly and give interviews/comments on local business news and financial magazines.In reinsurance capacity, I daily manage the company's facultative purchases and holding working relationship with well known global brokers. Also I am responsible for the company's treaty programmes, having designed and orchestrated the first proportional structure and the largest automatic capacity in Mongolian outward reinsurance purchases.

UMC Alpha is an investment management firm with focus on structuring and managing real estate investments. My first task was to market and sale a luxury residential development which the company made an equity investment on.After a successful exit, we partnered with foreign funds to create a substantialposition in UB’s downtown commercial and residential properties.In research capacity my roles included data collection, market studies and preparing research reports.In investment capacity my roles included sourcing new deals; make negotiations, preacquisition due diligence, closing and title transfers.In management capacity, my roles included carrying out property hand over process, transfer of utility documents, leasing properties and tenancy management.I involved in creating subsidiary entities and structures for foreign investors andfund managers to have a professional access to Mongolian real estate market.

At Maygrove my role was to market commercial and residential properties for rental purposes.In order to do that, my tasks included preparing marketing presentations, arranging ad slots on local newspaper and online platforms as well as making cold calls. I had to communicate withvarious kinds of people with potential rental prospects. This experience greatly enhanced my communication and client management skills.
