DBiAA promotes, facilitates and implements capacity-building programs for SME growth in the Asia - Pacific.

Educated Enterprise LLC is a social enterprise which provides entrepreneurship and innovation training, advising and expertise.

I have been leading coordination efforts among key ministries and agencies to boost public sector productivity and spearheaded the development of a digital platform for policy experimentation and citizen engagement among numerous other governance reform initiatives.

Successfully managed two national projects; one on digital transformation and the other on gender equality in public decision - making.

I worked as a Local Consultant – Public Policy to review the Professionalization Training Program and Content of the National Academy of Governance under the “Towards a Professional and Citizen - Centered Civil Service in Mongolia”.

- Conducted extensive quantitative and qualitative research and macro-level analysis of Southeast Asian (SEA) countries as well as multiple governments' policies in promoting their SMEs to go global. - Frequently attended networking events, talks and receptions to communicate and build relationships with the relevant stakeholders. Interviewed and facilitated formal discussions with C-suite executives and government officials from Australia and Singapore.

- Conducted extensive research on emerging markets, namely ASEAN, with regard to its trade, economic, political and sociocultural trends, developments and relations; - Developed a comprehensive comparative analysis of the economic, political and social dimensions of the ASEAN countries.

• Performed three main roles as: 1) an administrative officer-in-charge of external relations, 2) an officer-in-charge of intergovernmental Air Services Agreements and 3) a liaison officer between the government of Mongolia and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) – a United Nations specialized agency. • Acted as a member of a number of working groups in drawing up and reviewing major policy and strategy management documents such as the first-ever “State Policy Paper on Air Transportation”, “Selecting foreign management team for the sole state-owned airline - Mongolian Airlines” as well as organizing committees of several international events;• Delegated Mongolia in a number of regional and global events such as the “Sixth Worldwide Air Transport Conference” and the 48th and 49th Conferences of Directors General of the Asia-Pacific as well as several bilateral air negotiations between the government of Mongolia and governments of FR of Germany, PRC, Singapore, the U.K and so forth.

• Based on my 8-year engagement with tourism sector, mainly as a tour guide, started my own travel agency and self-planned and co-arranged several trips for travelers from around the world; • Later, extended my business with an English and tour guide training center to resist the seasonal revenue drops and arranged and instructed training for over 100 attendees from various age groups with my team; • Tested a couple of other initiatives in building a sustainable business with my team.
