Fulfilled the role of Lead Product Developer. I worked on the Glazr project from it's inception in January of 2013 as a web application developer and designer. The Glazr platform itself has been developed using a number of web technologies and frameworks, and allows modules to inject across web applications without the need to have access to the application's codebase. Glazr uses several web technologies such as PHP, Javascript, HTML, and CSS, along with a MySQL database to accomplish module management and injection.TourGuide is the first module to reach a market release, and I was an integral part of the team that worked to develop and test it across several web applications. It has been developed using similar languages to the Glazr platform itself, but primarily uses REST APIs to communicate, as well as facilitate the the updating of data. We have worked to develop TourGuide using CORS standards that allow compatibility with IEs 8 through 11, as well as all other modern browsers. TourGuide also uses Mongo DB to store tour and user information as objects for speedier access to the APIs. As the lead product developer it was my responsibility to oversee compatibility testing, and control the flow of bugs found during testing to the development team for resolution within a timely fashion. This also included overseeing code solutions for bugs to ensure that they maintain standards for the application, and maintain stability in the product. Along the way I also did technical interviews to help facilitate in the hiring of new developers, and training of new developers to help them become assets to the team and the project.

As a member of the design team I solved problems for both the front end (jQuery/Javascript, HTML, CSS) and back end (C#, Asp.net) of the website, as well as for new applications being developed for the site.As a member of the Web Operations and Products teams I helped with time sensitive code adjustments that had a high impact on the sites advertising and content. This was handled through changes to both the front and back end code, as well as database changes involving adjustments to the data being stored and stored procedures being run on the data.As a member of the support team I helped to handle support tickets for user issues, as well as version control for the code repository, and movement/deployment of code to various test environments and the live environment.

Hired, trained, and developed associates for the Pet Care department.Implemented and maintained the in-stock position and presentation of merchandise within the department, as well as throughout the store.Implemented and maintained all aspects of Policy and Procedures within the department, as well as throughout the entire store.Performed store opening and closing duties, including all aspects of money management.Assisted and addressed all customer questions and concerns.
