Based on my versatile experience and challenges from past has developed my strength to challenge myself with design and redesign different companies manufacturing processes. The time has shown that my projects have been ended efficiently and companies are still successfully on the market. Through my academic competence the value to company’s´ production development will have systematic change or modify the production quality requirements and efficiency. Above all, working with different competence level people in new manufacturing conditions and from different countries I can help employees to adapt faster new manufacturing conditions. Challenge is to extend my competences with working at different industrial companies, out of the graphic industry. To standardize manufacturing processes, implementing the standardization theories into other industry fields - this is the challenge for the future. Working with different countries and cultures is a additional motivation.
