With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to transform lives through education, hospitality, and community. I currently serve as the Vice President For Advancement at The Saint Constantine College, a new and innovative Oxbridge style micro college with a dynamic Orthodox Classical PK3-12 attached. In this executive role, I oversee the development, marketing, and advancement of the college, PK-12, as well as the cultivation of strategic partnerships and donor relations. Our second campus will open its doors in Pittsburgh in the Fall of 2024, and the third and fourth, God willing, in Denver and Dallas the following Fall. In addition to my work at The Saint Constantine School, my wife and I founded the Del Rey Collective, an international movement that empowers and encourages individuals and families to live on mission in their own homes and neighborhoods. Del Rey Collective challenges people to love their actual neighbors, the ones right next door, regardless of their politics or faith, and to create authentic communities of love and hospitality on your very own cul-de-sac. I also have extensive experience as a speaker, host, emcee, and worship leader at large events, many of them in partnership with Franciscan University of Steubenville, where I have been honored to help inspire tens of thousands of young people to love God and love their neighbor. I have been a founder, non-profit president, a youth minister and high school baseball coach. I sit on boards and frequently appear on podcasts.
