Lead multiple teams of researchers, data scientists and software engineers to conduct cutting edge research in NLP and conduct full-lifecycle engineering and integration of these capabilities into new and existing platforms.

Led data science adoption and transformation efforts across a suite of digital platforms. Worked with product owners and tech leads to identify opportunites for delivering value through data science, established new product data science teams, set ways of working, and provided support and mentoring for data scientists and ML engineers.

I prepared a POSTnote, a peer reviewed but accessible summary of a topic aimed primarily at MPs and peers, on the effects of machine learning/A.I. and robotics on the UK's workforce. This required distilling current research, along with interviews with leading figures from across government, academia and the private sector, into a short note.
