The Excel Expert, Google Queen, "Efficiency" was my middle-name. If there is a will, there is a way. My passion was to eliminate waste, automate and improve processes so my colleagues and the leadership have more time to do what they do best- serve our members with excellence!Alongside a team of Business Analysts, we worked with all departments under Health Plan Administration. We collaborated with Sales, Marketing, IT, Pharmacy, and our Clinics/Hospitals to drive down cost, increase efficiency, and improve member experience. It was an honor to work with these Healthcare Experts and Champions!

I had the privilege of serving the ICU Director, Managers, and 350 RN's during the expansion of the ICU's into the Forest building.That year alone, we interviewed over 200 RN candidates from across the country, and I had the pleasure to coordinate/facilitate them all. Witnessing the care and dedication our leadership and RN's poured out into our patients, I made it my job to improve the RN Credential Tracking process. It saved an estimate of 210 hours department wide annually.
