Darmo Permai (Property & Real Estate)There are my responsibility & experience during work at Altavindo ;- Check 88 Avenue finishing progress for the Lobby and Facilities periodically.- Check MID and SoHo Lift Lobby, Unit Corridor, and Priority Units progress with Inspectors.- Contacting, surveying, and requesting quotations to Vendor Gym equipment for filling the 88 Avenue Gym Facility.- Final review and give some advice for the design also material finishing of 88 Avenue Facilities that did by the contractor as a request from BOD.- Contacting and requesting quotations from vendors for the procurement of Safety Equipment in Altavindo’s Office at Rukan Permata Senayan.- Create some logos for projects like; ZMFY, Van Poer Logistics (VPL), Sentral Gatsu Energy, Yayasan Delapan Kebajikan dan Kebaikan, Banana Go.- Create ZMFY Media Banner, Media Content, Online Event Banner, and Promotion also Presentation Deck.- Create a proposal for Altavindo’s Office Design and with BoQ at The East Tower.- Create a proposal for Borneo (Electric Motorbike) Portable Showroom Design until the Tender Drawing to Vendors.- Create a proposal for an Electric Bike Showroom Design on the 1st floor of Altavindo’s Office building at Rukan Puri Kemayoran.- Create a Design proposal for Altavindo’s Office Building Renovation from the 2nd Floor up to 5 Floor at Kemayoran with the BoQ. Also contacting the Contractor for a Quotation and realized the Design.- Create a Layouting and Design for Cross Coop Sevice Office Jakarta phase 1 and phase 2 with BoQ, contacting the Contractor also Vendors for Quotation, and monitoring the progress until starts to operate.

- Create ZMFY Media Banner, Media Content, Online Event Banner, and Promotion also Presentation Deck for posting on ZMFY Website, ZMFY social media, and ZMFY LinkedIn.- Editing video for ZMFY guideline to posting on Youtube.

- Create Alfabeta's social media image based on content from the Alfabeta marketing team for posting on Instagram also Alfabeta's LinkedIn.- Create video editing for posting on Alfabeta's Youtube or Website.

There are my responsibility & experience during work at KSO Waskita Darmo Permai ;- Finishing the 88 Avenue facilities drawings.- Make a layout option for 2 Floor MID Penthouse.- Revision of 2 Floor MID Penthouse Facade height.- Site visit to check the progress and finishing of HT installation for Unit and Bathroom.- Develop Landscape Drawing for Amenities Floor with Landscape Consultant.- Calculating unit area for HT Quantity.- Recalculating Door type quantity on the plan from QC Division.- Create a design proposal for Hardscape Amenities.- Coordination of lobby design and facilities design change by Interior Consultant.- Coordination of landscape and hardscape design change by Landscape Consultant.- Check material quality and qty to Vendor Factory/Workshop.- Create a 3D of Pedestrian and propose the design for the Gate Entrance.- Write and Collecting Minutes of Meetings for project documentation.- Prepare Handover Document Drawing

There are my responsibility & experience during work at Quadratura ;- Creating and preparing Permit Drawings for some projects in Jakarta and Bekasi (see my portfolio attachment).- Preparing Tender Drawings by developing Permit Drawing and meeting some Best Vendor for support Project Specifications based on Our Company and known by the Client.- Make Construction Drawings based on previous Tender Drawings for deliver to the client, and can be used by the Contractor to produce Shop drawings.- Meet and take a good relationship with numerous Vendor for Sustain Relations in next project that is based on Company's Project Specifications and Client Standards.- Following some training about Revit, BIM, and similar training held by Quadratura.- Following some Exhibition about the latest material and building technology that always invited by some partners who have known and established cooperation with Quadratura.- Attending meetings with client weekly to make some solutions for the projects.- Attending meetings with government agencies for preparing Permit Drawings that must be checked by specialists related to Drawing Standards, Drawing Regulations based on Local Regulation, and Polyline on Drawing that related to Area Calculation based on KRK (Keterangan Rencana Kota).- Attending Permit Drawings Assembly as a final requirement.- Collecting Minutes of Meetings for project documentation.

There are some of my responsibility:- Meeting with the client.- Do measurements on the project field- Make Documentation (including photos, data progress and etc.) of each project that I handled.- Make a report on project progress.- Create Design Ideas.- Develop A Design Idea.- Make Drawings and Drafts.- Make a Presentation Drawing and present.

I have a lot of experience in entertainment industry, like being Presenter on Bando (Antv), Bubble Kids (Child Songs Chart on SCTV with Joe Richard), take a record for first single but it has canceled to release and have experiences on modeling when I was a kid.I never close opportunity when I get back to this industry someday.
