• Utilises MYOB to provide tax return for various entities for clients, include Individuals/Companies/Sole traders/Self-managed Superannuation Funds/ Trusts• Utilises MYOB Classic for financial accounts, statutory reports for SMSF/ Companies/Trusts.• Prepares first year, establishment financial accounts for Trust/Company and Superfund• Make adjustments on financial reports, amendments on tax returns when required.• Prepares BAS/PAYG and lodgements for various of entities.• Liaising with external government departments ATO/ Service NSW • Cooperates and assists the SMSF audits for Superannuation Funds.

• Individual Tax Return (Xero) • Preparation of BAS, Lodgement• Process payroll by analysing the payroll tax returns of all employees and making necessary adjustment• Undertake data entry and posting to ledger accountants• Applying for Government Subsidies for clients (e.g., Job saver/ Micro Business Grant).• Liaising with ATO on behalf of clients regarding, inquiries or write-ups.• Registers Business ABN/ACN/GST• Bookkeeping/ Reconciliations • Ensure accuracy and completeness of write-ups

• Bookkeeping/Data Entry/Daily Cashflows• Assists weekly schedule payroll for employees• Assists with budget costing plan for projects• Bank Reconciliations• Evaluates/Runs P&L, Balance Sheet, and report to senior accountant• Partial Admin Duties
