• Supervising Maintenance of Grounds and Buildings.• Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Security of the Estate- carry out risk assessment in liaison with the Deputy Estate Manager• Ensuring that all maintenance work complies with relevant building, health and safety and statutory regulation• Prioritizing and responding to issues raised by staff and through the site Helpdesk• Undertaking routine maintenance tasks and compliance checks• Carry out day-to-day and planned general and specific maintenance function

1. Provision of functional support for the implementation of the supply chain Management (maintenance) Module.2. 1.Management of 250 purposed built staff residential accommodation, recreational facilities and various Offices with the Akuse Enclave 2. Monitory and surveying of Boundary pillar within the Akuse Enclave against encroachment. 3.Ensures that the Grounds with the Enclave are well lawn including all offices and vacant houses are kept clean each day. 4.Works closely with the Civil Maintenance to ensure maintenance of houses with the Akuse Township iscompile, update, and store on the computer as master inventory of vital records. 5.Management of the Estate Stores and inventory taking of All Assets in the township. 6.Undertake inspection and of valuation property staff’s requesting for Staff Housing Loan and undertaking property inspection / appraisal for staff’s requesting for rent advance.
