I implement, execute the company plans, ensuring that the fruits picked in the field are of required quality. I also play a key role in delegating duties to my colleagues in our Agricultural farm. Furthermore, I coordinate between farmers and company on requirements needed and nature of fruits.

I was tasked with sales of Agricultural chemicals from one estate to another, door to door sales. I also carried marketing campaigns and distribution of brunchures for clear vivid descriptions. I achieved my daily sale target and received positive feedback from my supervisor.

My six months internship at Oserian Development Company limited lead to the following assignments: management practices in greenhouse i.e unblocking water pipes, refilling water tanks, integrated control of pest and diseases, removal of diseased flower plants, irrigation and water regulations into the field. I was also tasked with the responsibilities in ensuring roses delivered in time with zero error.

I briefly worked in customer care desk, cash office, account office, registry and credit department where I was inducted on loan making process, loan appraisal, online receipting, banking and payments. I also participated in exhibition and marketing of loans.
