Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ) is a non-partisan, non profit professional organization for economics and allied fields in Zambia.Working at the EAZ Secretariat the following are my duties and responsibilities: ✓ Responsible and ensuring that the EAZ programs are aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and strategy, and that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality and impact.✓ Oversee project coordination and partnership collaboration.✓ Maintain company relationship with its partner.✓Develop concept note ✓ Research and analysis policy and give recommendations.✓ Broadcasting of information to EAZ members on the website, including direct message using SMS.✓ Represent the association at meetings and events ✓Seek grant ✓ Monitor and Evaluate project and programs development and ensure that they meet their goals and objectives✓ Create reports and identity areas of improvement.

Izwe Zambia is a Microfinance Institution. I worked at Izwe Zambia Head Office in operations Department. The following were my duties and responsibilities:✓Review whether loans have Key Fact Statements.✓Identify any Key Fact Statements that have remedial ✓Screen company names and their directors/ shareholders on dilisense. This is to make sure that the company is doing business with companies that are not blacklist. Additionally, I upload the report to MIP (data base system).✓Onboarding POS machine and insure that they are working according before they are sent to the merchant for use.✓Generate Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) from the TransUnion portal and send to Izwe branches and Independence stellite.✓Generate payslips from the E-Payslips Distribution Management Information System.✓I Reviews clients documents and double check if all information is correct and accurately approaded on MIP.

The University of Zambia Business and Economic Association (UNZABECA) is a student lead association which aims to bridge the gap between Theory and Practice. We do this by working and partnering with companies in the corporate world. We organize public leature, serminer industrial tours.Additionally, we also offer short courses to students at UNZA to equip them with all the knowledge and skills needed before they join the corporate world.During my tenure as president, our theme of the year was to, "Prepare students for the corporate world". As such all our activities were aligned to this theme. To achieve our goals we worked and partnered with the government institutions, NGO, Banks and Insurance Companies among others.We organized a town hall meeting at the University of Zambia when International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Director, Kristalina Georgieva visited Zambia in January, 2023.We managed to push for the MOU to be signed between GIZ and The University of Zambia in June, 2023. Among the benefits of this MOU is that GIZ will be taking Internship placement for students from UNZA.We also started new partnership with the following companies: ZICB, Mlife, NATSAVE and Klapton Insurance.

UNZABECA debate committee is in charge of organizing local and International debates. Furthermore, we also organize discussion centered around the economy and business in the world.While I was serving as Vice chairperson we managed to organize International debates with University of Nairobi and Maseno University from Kenya.
