Formally introduced to real work settings especially on use Integrated Financial Management,Writing of Seasonal renewal contract forms,Filling and updating staff leave forms,Updating muster roll and employees time sheet allocation,Assisting in vetting of staff statutory requirements. I also learnt valuable input on communication,employees rights and role of Kenya Plantation and Workers Union and team work among people in organization.
