ROLES INCLUDE, but not limited to-Contacting existing and potential customers to inform them about our products.-Receiving inbound calls and responding to questions about our products or our company.-Trouble-shooting and assisting existing customers-Closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relations.-Directing prospects to the field sales team whenever need arises.-Enter and update customer information in the Azuri database.-Take and process orders.-Keeping records of calls and sales and noting any other useful information.

Worked in the Communication department. My work included representing the department in County meetings and events, writing reports to the Communication Officers and writing articles to be posted on the county's website. Prepared, edited and posted weekly newsletters. Prepared, edited and posted online content on county's twitter and facebook accounts. Took and edited photos during certain events as assigned by by supervisor, shot and edited videos too as assigned.Kept on checking any information concerning the county and the governor on social media space forums, newspapers and report to the communications officer in charge.
