 Responsible for implementing and maintaining the SHE system Monthly reporting on SHE issues on sites Ensure compliance of SHE specifications on site Organize & Chair SHE Committee meetings. Perform SHE inspections. Sub-Contractor Management & Conduct Monthly Sub-Contractor audits Facilitate incident investigations & accident reports.  Advise and support the investigation team in accidents investigations. Coordinate and conduct internal SHE trainings Update & Manage all legal registers. Compile, Review & Conduct risk assessment. Update & Inspect all First Aid, Safety & Fire Equipment. Administer all the SHE documents & manage the safety files Liaise with the all stake holders and contractors. Advise and control of PPE and other safety related paraphernalia. Conduct Site Specific SHE Induction. Co-ordinate emergency drills and Evacuation Procedures Promote SHE awareness training on site Site security management. Respond to SHE concerns from Client
