Main activities were: planning, results analysis, assets control, support to innovation projects and internal controls (including SOX). Also responsible for Tax Benefits and supply chain optimization cases.2003-2005 – Regional Category Accountant – Support to Regional and Global Marketing Innovation Teams in the Home Care Business through projects modeling and analysis (Value Creation). Responsible for the process of the Innovation Portfolio Control and strong participation in the Regional Strategic Planning. 2002-2003 – Competitors Intelligence Manager – Regionally coordinated a team responsible for follow competitors moves and strategies to support business decisions and Strategic Planning. Also responsible to conduct specific exercises to generate plans with focused objectives (e.g. War Games, Shadow Planning, and Benchmark Studies).
