As Scrum Master / Sr. Business Analyst in the Performance & Risk team, I was instrumental in integrating 9 different Mutual funds with the BISAM Performance Attribution System.

As a Scrum Master, worked with the Business stake holders in preparing product backlogs, organized effective sprint planning, stand-up, review and retrospective sessions and ensured the migration was achieved in time using Agile principles.

Having close partnership with Business & Performance teams, prepares detailed business and functional requirement documents & Use-Case diagrams related to data and integration processes using Microsoft Visio;

Setup and configured Mutual funds in B-One Attribution measurement tool, involved extensively in the data analysis, setup Benchmarks in B-One, create various Asset structure based Classifications related to Attribution Analysis, work on historical data analysis between Xamin & BISAM data and Report generation using BIRT.

Collaborate with all the Technology Dev and QA\UAT teams during implementation.
