The product’s aim was to digitalize and automate Vueling business processes through SalesForce Service Cloud and its integration with cloud & on-prem systems, in order to improve the overall efficiency and decision-making capacity. My role consisted in understanding stakeholder’s needs and translating them into User Stories, prioritizing the team backlog based on the impact on KPIs and the defined digital transformation strategy. Mikado Studio was a collective of digital professionals I founded in 2014. The aim of the studio was to create innovative and engaging interactive products. My role consisted in understanding client’s business and needs, translate them into products plan and designs, build the right team and manage the projects.

My mission in VoxWeb consisted in expanding the company's product reach by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans and defining products & customized tools based on our voice & conversational solutions.

Responsible for creating the concepts & copywriting for digital campaigns of all kinds (web, app, video, social media, email, banners…), as well as overseeing the creative process and giving guidance to the design, development and multimedia people in my team.

My role in Micropolix consisted in creating new concepts for activities and areas in this micro-city oriented to educational leisure for children from 4 to 14 years old.
