managing 4 teams (RMTS, Integrated Logistic Support, Manuals, Training) with the aim of design and realise the best after market support to theCustomers. We are implementing innovative solutions in both technical (AS1000D, fleet availability estimation etc.) and contractual (i.e. Performance Based Logistics) frames applying all the leading edge approaches.

Manage a 70 people group divided in the following 3 subgroups:1) production engineering2) documentation services3) testing engineeringThe task of the group 1) is to optimise the design of the production items so to obtain the easyest production process and the lowest production cost (six sigma and lean manufacturing concept are adopted). In this frame the group is responsible to set up all the production lines and to update to the status of the art the production technologies and the company procedures.The tasks of the group 2) are:to issue all the documentation needed for the production of the company items (all the mechanical drawings of both systems and subassemblies, PCB masters and drawings, microwave modules drawings, all the item Bill Of Material)to update the company PDM with all the documentation needed for each Part Number (drawings, BOM, procedures, Configuration documents etc.)to take care of the configuration of all the company part numbers (configuration control as for relevant Military Standards)The task of the the group 3) is to develop all the software, procedure, JIG and test benchs to allow the testing of all the items manufactured in Elettronica (PCB, Microwave modules and complete Systems).

Responsible for all mechanical components purchasing (Eurofighter program, NH90 and other). Monitoring of supply chain efficiency and support to Elettronica design department to obtain Design To Cost process. Promoter and driver of several Lean manufacturing projects on supplier processes based on win-win strategy.

Responsible for the Thermal Protection Design department. Several internation paper publication. I'm inventor for 1 european patent and 2 Italian patents.
