I focus the attention to the result and success of the project.I like new challenges and meeting new people from different cultures.I'm part of the Strategy Voice project with the aim of cascading the new Generali 2021 strategy to Generali people, engage them and feel them proud of being part of the Group and create a common sense of belonging!My daily job is focused on Planning and Control activities within Reinsurance sector.I'm responsible of the IT transformation within GEB Planning and Control, following and developing the processes and reporting package within Tagetik and strictly monitoring GEB performances in accordance to the 3 Years Strategic Plan.I'm mostly involved in the preparation of the Management Reporting (Quarterly and Monthly), P&L checking/validation/comments, preparation of Documents for Top Management, preparation of 3 years Forecast and plan and ad-hoc requests from Top Management.
