SleepActa is a highly innovative company born from the experience of a team of Researchers, Physicians and Engineers who have been studying sleep for years, from its role in modulating sports performance to its clinical impairment.SleepActa's methodological approach involves monitoring the quantity and quality of sleep in a naturalistic environment, collecting the patient's physiological parameters through simple wearable sensorized trackers (actigraphs) and then transforming them, through validated artificial intelligence algorithms and CE-marked as medical devices, into reliable analysis and diagnosis.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Identifying and acquiring new Customers (Prospecting with lists and budget expectations) including with live/online presentations.- Management and development of long-term relationships with existing Clients.- Identifying growth opportunities including based on market trends, working with management and marketing team to implement effective strategies- Producing detailed commercial offerings in response to specific Customer needs- Participation (and logistical management) in events, conferences and trade shows to promote products and increase company visibility- Support in writing responses to public tenders, ensuring compliance with requirements expressed in technical and economic specifications- Post-sales business relationship management, including outstanding debts (debt collection) and upselling- Co-design in the production of marketing materials to support sales (brochures, flyers, roll-ups, etc.)- Purchasing aimed at commercial actions

"Muscle Italia" is the brand that created the Angel's Wings device for training and rehabilitation.Functions covered:- Defining business strategies, preparing marketing materials, presentations and sales- Support for strategic planning

Main tasks and responsibilities:- planning objectives and strategies for product marketing- knowledge of competitors' products and definition of the solutions needed by the market in terms of functionality, features, necessities and wishes of end users- designing and preparing marketing and information material, such as data sheets, brochures and social media contents- demos and presentations- delivery, installation and training to Customers- participation in Congresses, Exhibitions and Trade fairs- technical/commercial interface with Customers and Partners- drafting and revision of QMS Procedures, Operating Instructions and Modules- drafting of technical documentation for CE marking

Main tasks carried out and objectives:- Knowledge ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Dir. 93/42/EEC and Harmonized Technical Standards- Drawing up of technical documentation for a Medical Device for CE Marking - Assistance to doctors and patients in treatments with robotic DM- Knowledge and improvement of the Company QMS- Activities for ISO 13485 Certification- Activities for CE Marking of a highly complex Medical Device- Participation in audits and relations with the Certification Bodies
