I was very pleased to be member of the Center of Expertise for Cloud ERP. In this context, I delivered extensive support for strategically important S/4HANA private cloud deals in the German midmarket. I worked closely together with SAP Industry Executives and partners to provide fundamental know-how for creating adequate S/4HANA offerings with a convincing cost-benefit ratio.

My time in the quality management was influenced by an essential change process for SAP. I was part of an expert team, which pursued the target of implementing a new quality strategy concerning the operative finance sector of SAP. I moderated weekly expert workshops and learned how to prepare concerned employees for changing processes. I dealt intensively with different quality approaches and quality management systems.

I did an extensive telephone campaign concerning the banking and insurance sector and got to know the specific security guidelines of cloud solutions in these highly sensitive industries.
