- Build and leverage relationships within Partner community to support knowledge transfer throughinformation sharing and coaching. Support and participation in external forums that promote Oracle-Sun to partners and strengthen Oracle-Sun's position in market. Participate in the development andcoaching of the different partner's SEs.- Build awareness of Oracle-Sun's solutions offerings in myself as well as technical skills andcompetencies in one of the LATAM areas of specialisation. Increase knowledge in the Solaris Operating Environment. Participate in training forums made available to the customer engineering community. Achieve industry knowledge in areas that are important to my customers and sales territory.
