- Coordination of Science & Technology Project - Business relationships with companies and institutions to bring businesses closer to young talent (among others, Banco Santander, Iberdrola or Ferrovial).- Events for young university students to offer mentoring, follow-up and encourage networking.

Full-time internship at Tax Department - Regulatory and jurisprudential analysis of Income Tax for individuals and non-domiciled residents. - Assistance in the preparation of written replies to the Spanish Tax Authorities (such as Requests for Production of Documentation and Applications for Extension of Time).- Perusal and checking of remuneration structures for board directors of financial institutions and listed companies. Dealing with options available outlining the tax advantages and disadvantages for each one (incentive systems, variable and flexible remuneration, remuneration systems linked to retirement). - Planning, management and reallocation of human capital during transactions involving major organizational changes (i.e. restructurings, acquisitions or mergers).

Full-time internship at Corporate Department.- Assistance in drafting documents for corporate transactions (minutes, powers of attorney, letters)- Participation in merger and acquisition processes - Review of documents in company purchase and sale processes: preparation of due diligence reports.- Review of bank clauses and contracts for different types of financing.

- Assistance in different areas: Commercial, civil and corporate - Drafting of contracts for signature before Notary (Purchase and sales, incorporation of companies, powers of attorney)
