Development of conceptual design, architectural project and construction documents of a project with the first tripulated drone platform in Latin America: Central Park Lagunas Tulum, Amenities.-Lead, schedule project and coordinate production of schematic, design development and construction documents.-Perform construction administration duties (e.g., RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, etc.)-Participate in marketing efforts and presentations.-Work with engineering consultants through design phases.-Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversight.-Optimize office workflows through orderly, cunning and efficient work strategies.

Development of architectural project and construction documents of 24 luxury apartments: The Highline Serenity. -Lead, schedule project and coordinate production of schematic, design development and construction documents.-Perform construction administration duties (e.g., RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, etc.)-Participate in marketing efforts and presentations.-Work with engineering consultants through design phases.-Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversight.

Collaboration in different projects such as: Central Park Tulum, The Panoramic , The Sanctuary.-Architectural and furniture design.-3D Modeling and conceptual rendering.-Participate in marketing efforts and presentations.-Production of schematic, design development and construction documents.
