Responsible of the Master Production Plan (short and long term), ensuring materials and resources availability for optimized execution.Oversee the improvement of the planning approach and methodology across the organisation for an increase in On-Time Delivery (OTD) and planning adherence.Main Responsibilities:• Creation of the Master Production Plan for top level assemblies for assigned programs and low-level details for key workcentres & processes in close cooperation with Operations.• Convert the Master Production Plan into a weekly schedule considering actual enablement for each process and buy off with Production.• Measure Production adherence to agreed schedule and establish effective performance measures that can be used to alert management on delivery issues and potential late deliveries • Ensure full material availability to the operation in line with the schedule, covering both short and long-term horizons• Provide forecast and call off data for raw materials to suppliers • Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials in cooperation with the Sourcing team and lead recovery planning actions where deviation to MPS exists. • Reviewing short and mid-term capacity utilisation, working with Operations leaders to establish plans to ensure sufficient capacity is available to process the load through each work centre • Ensure planning data & MRP parameters reflect business performance and are reviewed regularly. • Manage inventory effectively by ensuring that Quarantine parts are actioned promptly and reviewing optimisation potential. • Support the generation of SIOP and annual budget review information. • Develop existing PP&C team through strong leadership and create succession plans for key skills. • Support the commercial team in quoting on new business.

Responsible of the Master Production Plan (short and long term), delivering the weekly schedule in accordance to the MPP, tracking the established KPI’s to measurement successMain Responsibilities:• Provide visibility of production commitments to customer and support functions.• Ensure full material availability to the operation in line with the schedule.• Keep the communication with suppliers, giving them forecast visibility and considering all the deviations from the plan and assuring corrective actions.• Plan and schedule change management for the respective programs and production areas• Continuous improvement of processes, tools and reports • Development of the main plan simulation tool

Manager of Planning Team (4 analysts). Responsible of production planning, raw material and packaging supply Main Responsibilities:• Assure products stocks to meet Fill Rate (FR) Target with Customers• Forecast Accuracy and Bias Tracking• Minimize material and products write-off.• Lead the Go to Market Projects, assure and following that every stage of the process is being accomplished.• Keep and follow the trade-off between excess of DOH an FR.

In charge of the CPFR Team (Collaborative Planning and Forecasting Replenishment), the team consist in 3 analysts, each one of them responsible for the key accounts.Main Responsibilities:• Manage the key accounts agendas.• Keep and assure the logistic communication with customers.• Get the main customers insights and include it on the forecasting process.• Promotional Activities following (Assure the customers purchases and replenishment On Time) • Continuous Improvement on the customers reporting.

Responsible of the purchases and negotiation on the company main categories. Milk, Dairy Ingredients & Packaging (Categories represented 50% of the Budget)Main Responsibilities:• Define the strategic and take the actions to meet the company budget on categories in charge.• Assure to get better commercial conditions with suppliers.• Search new opportunities and develop new suppliers on each category.• Follow and meet the COVI Projects (Cost Out Value In)• Assure OTIF target accomplishment.• Milk balance• Milk Payment Guidelines• Strategic to manage milk surplus and deficits.
