Manage projects from early pre-construction phase to completion and final acceptance, including but not limited to: • Manage the planning, design and delivery of the project. Evaluate and determine appropriate construction methods and the most cost-effective plan and schedule. • Monitor effective administration of construction contracts for the engineering, procurement and construction of projects • Monitor effective administration of the on-site QA/QC and Safety programs • Assist in the enforcement of budget and schedule controls throughout the project, as appropriate. Track and control construction cost against the project budget to avoid overruns. • Work with the PM to maintain updated project economics and other project information. Prepare and periodical present reports to the PM
