I constantly need to learn new skills, whether it's for improving process efficiency, offering new services, or simply getting familiar with new technological tools that may be useful in the future. Honestly, it's been exhilarating.I manage the TMSi training platform (Cornerstone on Demand) for various markets and geographical zones. I monitor the day-to-day progress of users in the system, handle new requirements, and resolve issues.A significant part of my job involves Business Analytics. I develop and program reports using various software (Python-pandas, Power Bi, Excel), as well as creating dashboards in Qlik Sense and Tableau.Additionally, I define, design, and program materials for online and offline use such as catalogs, landing pages, or printed publications.
